Shakespeare is intended to be a live experience, and it was an amazing opportunity for these students to have access to this level of performance!”

Dear Friends, Family and Supporters of the BCSC and all Visual & Performing Arts, In commemoration of the 401st anniversary of Shakespeare‘s death, we are making a plea to receive 401 donations of $20 or more.

That amount will put us in front of approximately 2,000 students. This video we call “Imagine” is not far-fetched given the current state of financial affairs at many of the schools we visit. 100% of every dollar raised goes toward bringing our productions to schools across Massachusetts, many of which have never seen a live performance of any kind before we arrive. This season we will have entertained, encouraged and educated over 7,000 students, creating a new comfort and confidence when exposed to classical work. Without exception, every school we’ve performed for is asked, “How many of you understand the play better than when you came through the doors today?” Every hand is raised, every teacher smiles. Help us continue our mission and give what you can. We know you have many worthy non-profit choices, so every penny is deeply appreciated. Thank you for your humbling support of our mission.
